INVITATION TO TENDER FOR RE-DRILLING COLLAPSED BOREHOLE IN BUROA TECHINCAL INSTITUTE 

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental humanitarian organization with 75 years of experience in creating a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. The NRC defends the rights of displaced populations and provides assistance in the following areas: shelter, education, food security and livelihoods, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH).

Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Somaliland wishes to invite qualified firms to submit bids, in hard copies and sealed and envelop by hand to the following NRC Somaliland offices address NRC Hargeisa office – Behind Ambassador hotel or Near Airport Road.

The Selection Criteria:

Interested suppliers who wish to submit their proposal should meet the below listed requirements.

1.       Administrative compliance

Completion and inclusion of requested information and supporting documents (Administrative compliance)

2.       Technical evaluation

3.       Fully Completed tender bid documents (Section 5 – 9)

4.       Overall timeframe for the works (Technical evaluation)

5.       Schedules (Key Personnel and Activity schedule) (Technical evaluation)

6.       Bill of Quantities (Financial & Technical evaluation)

7.       Previous experiences in similar works- Proof of experience/ references (Copies of contracts/ POs/ completion certificates/ etc.)- (Technical evaluation)

8.       Updated and relevant Company profile including lists and CVs of Technical staff, Copies of Company Director(s) ID and lists of equipment (Technical evaluation)

9.       Financial proposal

a)      Bill of Quantities in comparison to NRC estimated rate- Section 8.

b)      Financial capacity - company updated bank statement for the last six months with at least USD 25,000 balance.

This tender is valid from 15th April-2024 at 10:00am. Extended deadline.

MANNER OF SUBMISSION

Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Somaliland Office wishes to invite qualified firms to submit their offers by hand not email in sealed envelope to below NRC office.

·         NRC Hargeisa Office – Behind Ambassador Hotel or Near Airport Road.

Deadline for submitting the tender is 28th April-2024 at 10:00am East Africa Time. As the Extended deadline.

All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.

Note that all bidders are required to sign a bid submission register upon submission. The register can only be signed by the company representative.
