COOPI invites qualified suppliers/contractors to collect bidding documents as specified herein below.

Costs incurred by the supplier in preparing, submitting the quotation as well as show casing household handwashing samples for consideration will not be reimbursed.

The deadline for submitting the Bid is 14.00 hours, East African Time on MARCH 3rd, 2024 at the COOPI Dollow Offices. Any tender received after this deadline will not be considered.

How to apply

8.    Submission of tenders 8.1.  Tenders must be received before the deadline specified in the letter of invitation to tender. They must include the Application form (Annex I of this tender dossier) and be sent to the following addresses:

Email complete and signed pdf copies to [email protected]. and [email protected].  

Tenders must comply with the following conditions:

8.2.  All tenders must be submitted in one original copy typewritten or hand written in ink. All tenders must be received on March 3rd 2024 at 14.00 hours, East African Time before the deadline date and time, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or hand-delivered against receipt signed by their representative. 8.3.  All tenders, including annexes and all supporting documents, must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing only:

a)      the above addressess;

b)      the reference code of this tender procedure, (i.e., (Publication reference));

c)      where applicable, the number of the lot(s) tendered for;

d)      the words “Not to be opened before the tender opening session” in the
                        language of the tender dossier and
(equivalent phrase in the local language);

e)      the name of the tenderer.
