 Bid documents will available from 8th November 2022 at PWDA office Garowe to 15th, November 2022 at 09:00AM. Qualified and interested construction companies can collect the bid document PWDA Procurement section.  

Sealed Tender Documents MUST be submitted to the PWDA Procurement section, admin and finance department, before 10:0AM Puntland local time o 15th, November 2022. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted.

The tender documents will be opened at PWDA office in Garowe on 15th, November 2022 at 11:00AM Puntland Local time with the presence of representatives from the applied bidders.

 Bids must be submitted in a securely sealed envelope in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders attached to this bid.
