2-Introduction and Scope of work.

invested  in  the  sourcing,  transportation,  storage,  distribution,  and  marketing of  diesel  fuel,

automotive  gasoline,  kerosene,  jet  fuel,  liquefied  petroleum  gas  (LPG),  and  lubricants  for industrial and automotive systems.

Hence, Our target to expand our market by building and innovating new business ideas in this industry. Therefore, we would like to invite you to participate above titled bid of construction Hass Bypass our new retail station at Hargeisa. Construction will be included; Station canopy, buildings, underground tanks installation works as per attached Drawings. The construction of the station will require to be executed by engaging appropriate heavy-duty equipment, light duty equipment, appropriate Tools and qualified labor.

Requirements:

Hass   Petroleum    invites   qualified   and  reputable   Contractors   with   proven   experience   in

CONSTRUCTION OF SHULLAC PETROL STATION To make an offer based upon the

conditions stated in this invitation to tender for the Items in Annex 1.

Your offer should clearly indicate:

1. Unit price as per the attached BOQ
2. Price should be net after deduction. Applicable Taxes must be clearly stipulated and separated from the base costs.
3. Validity of the offer.
4. Delivery time.

Information to bidders:

1. The currency of the offer should preferably be in US Dollars, but in case local currency is offered, the comparison of offers will be based on the prevailing rate of exchange.
2. Hass Petroleum reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer.
3. Hass Petroleum reserves the right to accept or reject any application (bid) and is not bound to give reasons for its decisions. Canvassing or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification.

Completed tender documents (Mandatory Requirement along with the BOQ) in sealed envelope clearly marked with the title of Hass By Pass Station Must be deposited in the tender box located at Hass/Hass Petroleum Hargeisa Office before the deadline date and time, and recorded in the attendance sheet.
