TENDER NOTICE

Plan International Somalia invites tenders from approved and reputable firms for the above assignment.

Advert for Vehicle procuring FY2023

Tender specifications is as shown in the annex A enclosed into this document below:

Completed Tender documents should be gathered in a single pdf, and they should contain the below documents:

1. Valid license of registration in Somaliland
2. A clear statement on the price that they will charge delivering the car which has a breakdown budget that states the costs in a separate column e.g. tax
3. A confirmation that the car you are procuring matches with one we provided its specifications.
4. The date that you can deliver the car at Plan Somaliland office.
5. clearly showing the Tender No. and Description should be addressed to [email protected]
6. The subject line of the email should be clearly showing the Tender No and (Hardtop land Cruiser procuring) The document should be named with Tender number and your company name) e.g.  PSOM1/05/FY23-(Insert Name of the entity)

Please note that the hard copies will not be accepted, they might be asked in later stages.

Please submit your tender on or before 20st March2023 at 10:00.  Tender prices must remain valid for at least 90 days from the date of tender closing
