INVITATION TO TENDER: PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT

BBC Media Action is the BBC’s international development charity. We believe in the power of media and communication to help reduce poverty and support people in understanding their rights. Our aim is to inform, connect and empower people around the world.

With the funding from European Union (EU), BBC Media Action is implementing a climate change reporting project dubbed the Down to Earth (D2E).

BBC Media Action would like to invite qualified suppliers/vendors submit their quotations and other supporting documents for the below equipment:

TIMELINES

The successful bidder is expected to deliver the above list of equipment to BBC Media Action’s office in Hargeisa within a period of 7 days effective from the day the order is issued.

Interested suppliers/vendors should submit their quotations in United States Dollars ($). They should also submit their company profile, physical office address and contact details, delivery period and copy of your registration letter with the relevant authorities to the following address: [email protected] with the subject title indicating D2E Project equipment or deliver all requirements in a sealed envelope to our office at Mohamed EID building behind Imperial Hotel.

Incomplete quotations and those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
