INVITATION TO TENDER: PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT

BBC Media Action is the BBC’s international development charity. We believe in the power of media and communication to help reduce poverty and support people in understanding their rights. Our aim is to inform, connect and empower people around the world.

With the funding from Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, BBC Media Action is implementing Somali Women Towards Economic Empowerment and Transformation which seeks to support Somali women in business both in formal and informal markets.

BBC Media Action would like to invite qualified suppliers/vendors submit their quotations and other supporting documents for the following equipment:

TIMELINES

The successful bidder is expected to deliver the above equipment to BBC Media Action’s office in Hargeisa within a period of 10 days effective from the day the order is issued.

How to apply

Interested suppliers/vendors should submit their quotations in United States Dollars. They should also submit their company profile, physical office address and contact details, delivery period and copy of your registration letter with the relevant authorities. to the following address: [email protected] with the subject title indicating SWEET Project equipment or deliver sealed envelope in our office at Mohamed EID building behind Imperial Hotel or contact for directory on 523832.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION 18th  SEPTEMBER 2022 5PM EAT

Incomplete quotations and those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
