DESCRIPTION:  PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES IN BALCAD DISTRICT, HIRSHABELLE STATE (FY25 – FY27)

World Vision International (WVI-S) is a non-profit making, Relief and Development Agency. WVI-S entities in Somalia (Hirshabelle State - Balcad, Somalia) wish to jointly pre-qualify suppliers/contractors for provision of goods, works and services under the listed categories.

World Vision International entities (Hirshabelle Operations - Balcad) in Somalia, jointly invites applicants (Vendors/suppliers/Contractors) from registered eligible companies for consideration as approved Suppliers/Service providers for the categories tabulated above.

This Expression of interest is extended to all suppliers in Balcad including those who are currently supplying or new to World Vision Somalia. 

Guidelines:

a. Registration is open to all interested and eligible applicants/suppliers/contractors/service providers in Balcad, Hirshabelle State-Somalia.

We hereby invite Expression of Interest from registered, approved and reputable suppliers to provide above-named services to World Vision Somalia.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS

1. Interested bidders must be registered in Balcad ONLY to provide goods, works and services in their respective district.

2. Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link https://forms.office.com/r/nT49UDC7SW   by 5:00 PM Thursday 21st August 2025.

3. Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.

4. Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.

5. World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
