INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 50 EMERGENCY COMMUNAL LATRINES (37 NON-DISABLE AND 13 DISABLE FRIENDLY LATRINES) IN KISMAYO IDPs

ALIGHT (formerly ARC) is implementing WASH project in Kismayo. In reference to this, ALIGHT/ARC invites tender from qualified, registered companies as detailed above, the detail description is summarized in accordance with procedures, conditions, and contract terms, as specified in this tender document and the BOQ.               

Alight Somalia is seeking qualified contractors for the subject of the above head title.

(All tender documents MUST be submitted on company’s letter head and on ALIGHT/ARC template provided as part of the tender documents).

1.  Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows:

a)      Certificate of Registration with the relevant Government certifying Authority.

b)      Company profile

c)      Official quotation

d)      Good track-record and references from previous clients (similar tasks) with telephone contacts of at least three referees.

e)      Proof of the above must be provided; at least three contracts.

f)       Submission of the latest certified bank statement of the applying entity for at least last six months

g)      Tax compliance certificate

(iv)             Tender will be opened thereafter immediately in the presence of procurement committee

(v)               Selected Vendor will notify through email after completion of paperwork

(vi)             Selected vendor will receive his/her service amount after 100% completion of contract.

Completed bids must be delivered by hand and deposited into the Tender box on or before F e b r u a r y 21st, 2024 at 4 pm to the Alight Kismayo office above. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
