    Invitation for Open Tender

    Reconstruction of major units of Lasanod General Hospital under PROSPERIS Program Funded by Royal Norwegian Embassy (RNE) and Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC).

    Date: 9th April 2024

    NIS is looking for qualified contractor to undertake reconstruction of major units of Lasanod General Hospital. All interested contractors are requested to submit their applications together with below listed support documentations and other requirements for consideration:

    -          Licences:

    o Valid registration from relevant government authorities/bodies such us: o Minister of Commerce and Industry.

    o Ministry of Public Works o Lasanod Municipality

    -          Tax compliance certificate: A valid tax compliance certificate (TIN) from Lasanod local revenue authority.

    -          Proof/evidence of company ownership: all contractors shall submit a signed public notary document stating the ownership of the company including names, positions/titles, contacts details and shares owned. Note: Failure to submit all above licences will lead to automatic disqualification.

    -          Previous similar works experience in construction works: Shall submit ONLY 3 previous similar infrastructural civil construction related contracts implemented with and/or for government institutions, International non-governmental organizations (INGOs) or UN agencies in the last 7 years. Note: Forged contracts will lead automatic disqualification.

    Please fill the below table with the details of the three contracts being submitted (Note that only this template shall be applied when filling)

    -          Relevant CVs and list of equipment: Shall share CV’s of relevant technical staff and list and the pictures of equipment owned or rented

    -          Company Finances: Shall present a dully signed financial/bank statement confirming that the company is financially in good position and able to pre-finance the activity as may be necessary.

    -          Delivery time (Work plan for the activity): The company shall submit a clear and detailed activity delivery time.

    -          Price responsiveness: The company shall submit a filled and stamped BoQ in both excel and PDF format (see attached annex 1).

    -          Company ethical standard form: Fill, stamp and submit the attached company ethical standard form (see attached annex 1).

    All interested contractors/companies are requested to send electronically all the above support documents/requirements to NIS Foundation latest by Tuesday 23rd April 2024 before 11:59PM (Local time) through this email: procurement.somalia@nis-foundation.org.

    The subject of your email should be named as per advertisement title. “Open tender for the reconstruction of major units of Lasanod General Hospital”.
