SOS Children’s Villages Somalia is one of 136 Member Associations working under the umbrella of SOS Children’s Village International, an international, non-governmental social development organization. SOS Children’s Villages Somalia, Mogadishu was opened and started giving services since 1985. The compound of the Village accommodates Houses for the Children and Staff, Kindergarten, Primary & Secondary School, Youth Centre, a Main Warehouse and a Maintenance Facility AND SOS Mother and Child health facility.

SOS Children Villages Somalia focuses on programme interventions that are based on specific situation which are in the best interest of the child. These interventions are developed together with all relevant stakeholders, building on the foundation of existing resources, initiatives and capacities to ensure we respond with relevant interventions, making best use if available resources, to have greater impact on the situation of the children within our target group.

The SOS Children’s Village Somalia plans to Furnish and Equip the newly constructed pediatric clinic at the SOS Childrens’ Village Somalia, Mogadishu – Mothers and Children Hospital.

Based on the above, SOS Children’s Villages Somalia is now seeking to SELECT Capable Company for the task.

1.   TENDER REQUIREMENTS
All interested and qualified Company should submit the following documents/ information for assessment and consideration:

a.   Evidence of Registration of Company.

b.   Evidence of similar jobs executed in the last 4 years, specifically ICT equipment.

c.   Evidence of Financial capability and possible bank support.

2.   COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender documents are available for collection at SOS Children’s Villages Somalia, Mogadishu – National Office Off Airport Road, Bulo Hubey, Wadajir District next to Al Buruj or they can be requested at the following email address [email protected] and [email protected]  from 5TH November  2023.

3.   SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENT
Tender documents should be submitted in sealed envelope marked “Tender for SOS Pediatric Clinic Mogadishu ICT EQUIPEMENT SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION” and deposited into Tender Box at SOS Children’s Villages Somalia, National Office on or before 11:00am EAT on 20TH November 2023. 4.   OPENING OF BIDS
The Bid Documents shall be opened on Tuesday 21st November 2023 at the SOS Children’s Villages Somalia, National Office by 11:30 am EAT. All bidders or their representatives are invited to witness the bid opening.
