Submission Deadline: Final submissions will be due no later than March 15th, 2024, 11:59, Hrs. (East African Time) submitted to the email: [email protected]
DT Global will not respond to questions pertaining to this RFQ over the phone. DT Global will not in any way assist Offerors in preparing their bids nor reimburse any bid preparation costs incurred by the Offeror. Offerors are expected to submit competitive prices/quotations. The lowest price technically acceptable offer will be considered as the best offer.
The goods will be delivered in Adale Somalia. The bidder is expected to deliver the required goods and related services in the specified location, and it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure this is done, under the supervision of IRiS Project relevant team lead.
Mandatory Submission Requirements:
1. Valid Business Registration Certificate- Federal Government of Somalia - Ministry of Commerce and Industry
2. Tax compliance certificate
3. Provision of related experience at least in the past (5) years, please attach copy of Contracts or a letter of recommendation for similar works undertaken in Somalia as evidence.
4. Provision of company profile.
5. Full specification of the Ice-Flake-Making Machine
6. NDAA Section 889 Representation Form. DT Global reserves the right to disqualify any offeror using covered materials. See Annex A Below.
