Tender description
DT Global will not respond to questions pertaining to this RFQ over the phone. DT Global will not in any way assist Offerors in preparing their bids nor reimburse any bid preparation costs incurred by the Offeror. Offerors are expected to submit competitive prices/quotations.
The goods will be delivered in Kismayo Somalia. The bidder is expected to deliver the required goods and related services in the specified location, and it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure this is done, under the supervision of IRiS Project relevant team lead.
Mandatory Submission Requirements:
1. Valid Business Registration Certificate- Federal Government of Somalia - Ministry of Commerce and Industry
2. Valid Tax compliance certificate for ministry of Finance Somalia – (End of quarter 2 or 3, 2024)
3. Provide related experience, at least in the past (3) years; please attach a copy of contracts for similar purchases, such as 2 or 3 purchase orders for the Seawater Desalination Unit.
4. Warranty Latter and After-Sales Requirements for minimum one 1-year warranty.
5. Provision of company profile.
6. Full specification of the Seawater Desalination Unit
7. Proof confirmation that the bidder has applied the UEI number is available through this SAM.gov | Home
8. NDAA Section 889 Representation Form. DT Global reserves the right to disqualify any offeror using covered materials. See Annex A Below.
