Save the Children International Somalia Country office is seeking qualified contractors to execute the reference framework agreements in the below table.

The tender is open to eligible suppliers who are registered and operational in Somalia.

NB: Suppliers are encouraged to apply a single business category from the list below: Please keep in mind that you can only win one framework agreement at a time. Please specify your preferred framework agreement if you intend to bid on more than one framework agreement.

Bid Submission Instructions

Bids should be submitted as per the following TWO available Options.

1. Electronic Submission via ProSave (Recommended)

• Submit your response in accordance with the guidance provided in the below document:

Bidders are encouraged to apply via Ariba system. Please request the Ariba link via email sending your company profile and Business registration certificate/CV. Please address your request to apply via ProSave to [email protected]  OR

1. Electronic Submission via Protected Email box

• Submit your completed Tender to [email protected] 
• Please note- this email box is a sealed tender box, so DO NOT SEND QUESTIONS related to this tender to this email address.
• The Subject of the email address should be the refrence FWA number & Description Description your applying as above respectivelyg FWA/MOG/2022/HS- Hotel Services
• All documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• Email size should not exceed 15MB- If this limit is breached bidder should split the submission into two emails by replying the same email.
• Do not copy to other SCI email address into the email when you submit it as this may invalidate your bid

NOTE: Please note that both email Submission of bids and sending Via ARIBA System is accepted, you can use both methods for sending the bids or only use one of them.

Closing date for the bid submission is 7th April 2023 at 5:00pm.
