BLG-SUIDAC PROJECT

1. INTRODUCTION
   Borama Local Government (BLG), in partnership with Cities Alliance under the Sustainable Urban Integration of
   Displacement-Affected Communities (SUIDAC) Project funded by the European Union (EU), invites qualified and experienced
   civil/building construction contractors to submit sealed bids for the construction of Sheikh Nour Primary School and
   Barkhadle Primary School in Borama.
   The works comprise the construction and furnishing of the two primary schools in accordance with the approved
   architectural, structural and MEP drawings, technical specifications and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
   Each school shall be treated as a separate bidding package. Bidders may submit a bid for either one school or for both schools.
   Where a bidder submits bids for both schools, a separate bid submission, BoQ/financial offer and applicable Bid Document Fee
   shall be provided for each school.

Submission of Bids
Qualified contractors shall submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the instructions, format, deadline and
submission arrangements stated in the official bidding documents issued by Borama Local Government.
Bidders may submit a bid for either one of the two schools or for both schools. Each school is a separate bidding package. A
separate bid, financial offer and applicable Bid Document Fee shall be submitted for each school.
Only complete submissions received before the stated deadline will be consider.
