WRRS is a non Profit, non- partisan organization based in CSZ Regions of Somalia. The organization is legally registered and operating in the South central Somalia and Punt land with a mission to strengthen the capacity of the local communities in Somalia so that they may share and contribute to the educational, economic, and social well-being of their life through provision of relief supplies, emergency livelihoods and social support and capacity building interventions which are integrated in participatory community-based peace building and human rights-based approaches towards sustainable peace, reconstruction and development of Somalia.

Project name: Provision of life saving protection services for drought affected internally displaced communities in Buurhakaba District, Bay Region South West state Region

WRRS is implementing a GBV project in Burhakaba District , Bay region south West state of Somalia funded by SHF . The project objective is to ensure comprehensive response to drought affected populations that encountered incidents of GBV in Buurhakaba districts Bay Region SWS. Therefore, WRRS is calling for Interested suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar products are here by invited to submit their bids in a SEALED

envelope clearly marked with tender reference number as above and sent via mail to [email protected] or be deposited at the tender box at Wamo Relief office in Baidoa /Burhakaba Office

The description and the quantity of the items are as follows.

• Bidders should quote for unit prices, the total price and delivery time for the items listed in the table above and unit price should be inclusive of transport to WRRS Burhakaba Office.

• All quotations should be signed and stamped by the bidder and unstamped bids will not be accepted.

• All interested bidders should submit the following documents with their quotations;

• Company registration certificate from JCC/Federal Government Ministry of Commerce.

• Clearance/permit letter indicating government taxation payment

• Supplier’s passport/ID

• Certification of previous experiences
• Capacity of the company to finance its self for the work (financial/bank statement)
• Detailed Company profile

Quoted companies and individuals should submit their quotations to the WRRS’s Baidoa /Burhakaba Office in a sealed envelope or via email [email protected].

Interested bidders should submit their “quotes” not later than 13/ 07/2023 @ 4:00pm
