TENDER NOTICE
Ref: RFT-SOM-DAF-HEALTH-GEDO-2026-1694- Construction of El wak Theatre
Trócaire Somalia invites bids from suitably qualified construction companies for the execution of
construction work at Elwak District, Jubaland State. The scope of works includes the construction of the
Elwak Theatre and associated infrastructure, as specified in the Bills of Quantities, drawings, and technical
specifications.:

Eligibility Requirements:
Interested bidders must:

  1. Demonstrate at least 5 years’ experience in construction of similar projects.
  2. Provide 2+ verifiable references within past 2 years from INGOs, UN agencies, or public institutions
  3. Submit valid registration (for Elwak) and tax compliance documents. Company must be authorized to
    operate in the Elwak region.
  4. Accept Trócaire’s General Terms & Conditions and Supplier Code of Conduct
  5. Provide technical bid, key staff CVs, methodology, and equipment listing, where applicable.
  6. Submit a priced BoQ and financial offer valid for 60 days.
  7. Submission of a complete tender in accordance with the required format and within the specified
    deadline.
  8. Acceptance of Trócaire’s General Terms & Conditions of Procurement and Supplier Code of Conduct.
  9. Acceptance of Trócaire’s Data Processing Agreement.
  10. Compliance with Trócaire’s safeguarding, ethical, and data protection requirements, including
    consent procedures for content gathering.

Completed Bids should be submitted by email clearly marked:

Deadline: 20th of October 2026 at 5:00 PM (EAT)
Clarification Deadline:
All requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing before 18th October 2026 to: [email protected].
Trócaire does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept the
whole or part of any tender.
