PURPOSE

The Ministry of Interiors, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation, invites qualified vendors to submit quotes for office equipment and furniture described below.

SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS

Each Offeror is responsible for reading very carefully and understanding fully the terms and conditions of this RFQ. All communications regarding this solicitation are to be made solely through the Issuing Office and must be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to the Issuing Office no later than the date specified above. All questions received will be compiled and answered in writing and distributed to all interested Offerors.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTES

All Quotes shall be delivered in a sealed envelope to office of the ministry inside inji compound in Dhusamareb, Galmudug Somalia, before 20th – May – 2023  17:00.

A.     PRICE SCHEDULE

1.) The prices per unit and total price shall be stated clearly

B.     MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1.) Vendors must be able to deliver service in time as per the     the contract.

EVALUATION OF QUOTES: Quotes will be evaluated based on the following criteria

•                     Lowest Price Technically Acceptable

• Delivery date

·         Other relevant documents to be submitted

• Responsiveness of the vendors

·         Experience in similar activities.

The Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation may award a purchase order/contract without discussions. Therefore, initial quotes should contain the Offeror’s best terms from a price and technical specifications standpoint.

Note: Equipment and furniture will be delivered to Adado,Dhusamareb and Galkayo Districts.

if your vendor does not submit its quotation by the deadline, it will not be considered.

Issuance of this RFQ in no way obligates MoI to award a purchase order and Bidders will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of this Quote.
