Juba Foundation (JF) www.jubafoundation.org is a national Non-profit and Non-political organization (NGO) registered in Somalia as humanitarian organization with its HQs in Mogadishu Somalia and branch offices and live humanitarian activities in the regions in south central Somalia. 

In line with our current programming in Somalia, Juba Foundation is inviting interested private business companies for the tender of this bidJF/DLO/BID/003/2025.

This tender comprises two lots:

• Lot 1: The construction of 180 Mud brick Shelters in Dolow. The Construction inputs and Modification must adhere to the BOQ provided as part of the tender pack.
• **Lot 2:**The construction of 2 of the 180 Mud brick Shelters in Dolow (Lot 1) modified specifically for people with disabilities. The Construction inputs and Modification must adhere to the BOQ provided as part of the tender pack.

Interested bidders may submit bids for one or multiple lots. 

The successful supplier will be responsible for hiring labour and carrying out the build for each shelter and / or shelter modifications in accordance with a quality checklist and BOQ.

In preparing your quotation, you should consider high quality materials.

Requirements:

• Company profile

• Previous work-relatedexperience.

• Full quotation including individual item cost, specification and quality assurance.

• Detailed Bill of Quantity (BOQ), please complete the Bidders section of the BOQ providedspecifying cost, specification detail and quality.

• Please provide photos for each item being submitted as part of this tender. 

• Full name, address, email, telephone numbers of your company and contact persons included

• Interested companies can pick BID documents from JUBA Foundation’s Office in Dolow and can deliver by hand to our office in a sealed envelope clearly marking “JF/DLO/BID/003/2025”.

• Part Submissions of the Bid Package Will not be accepted.

• Companies in Dolow can register in the Bid Registration form when they are collecting the BOQ and tender docs and BID submission form before they pick the BOQ and the tender backs.

• All items and materials procured for this tender must be from legal sources and the supplier should provide any relevant documentation related to the legality of the materials. 

• Country of origin should be provided for each item that is being quoted for as part of this tender. 

• Please provide a minimum of two references from previous customers or clients.
