The Centre for Peace and Democracy (CPD) is a national non-governmental, non-profit organization 

dedicated to fostering sustainable development and peace in South Central Somalia. With a vision of a 

poverty-free and prosperous Africa, CPD operates across multiple sectors, including humanitarian aid, 

development initiatives, peacebuilding, and governance reform. 

The Centre for Peace and Democracy (CPD), in partnership with the Puntland Youth and Social 

Development Association (PSA) and CARE International Somalia, is implementing the Joint Puntland and 

Galmudug Peace Initiative—an integrated peacebuilding intervention funded by the Somalia Stability 

Fund (SSF) under Phase III. This project seeks to strengthen peace, social cohesion, and community 

resilience across conflict-affected areas along the Galmudug–Puntland borderlands. These communities 

have endured decades of inter-clan violence, forced displacement, political instability, and economic 

marginalization. 

The Centre for Peace and Democracy (CPD) invites all qualified suppliers to submit proposals for 

the provision of the following:

the tender reference: CPD/SSF-AGA-2024-004/01/25/Tender name. The deadline for submitting bids is 11:59
PM Thursday, 26th June 2025. Late bids will be rejected.
