INTRODUCTION

Ministry of Interior, federal Affairs and Democratization is inviting all suitable Qualified and Experienced Professional Service Providers TO PROVIDE Set up of Digital Meeting/training equipment's connecting Bossaso, Gardo, Garowe, Burtinle, Galkacyo, Galdogob, Jiriban, Eyl, Beyla Districts and MOIFAD head quarter compound. The adjudication of the bids will be done in terms of Preferential MOIFAD Procurement policy and Procedures,

DOCUMENTATION

The bid documents are available at procurement office in MOIFAD compound without cost, Ministry of interior, Federal affairs and Democratization located In Garowe- Ministries area near Puntland TV. All interest bidders are required to visit procurement office to get BOQ and detailed description.

Notes the following:

• All bidders should be registered with tender board, ministry of commerce and local government.

• Taxes clearance certificate should attach

• Company profile with traceable references should attach.

• Bidders are required to submit Proposed Project Team, their CV’s and qualifications.
• Bids received after the published closing date will not be considered and will not be opened

BID CLOSING DATE

Completed bids in sealed envelopes endorsed, must be deposited in the bid box at Ministry of Interior, federal Affairs and Democratization- procurement office, not later than stipulated time and date
