INTERSOM Somalia is a local non-governmental Organization and is registered with the relevant government authorities in the Federal Government and Federal Member states as a local non-governmental, non-profit humanitarian organization with it is headquarters in Mogadishu and has operational field offices in Kismayo, Jubaland States, and Jowhar and Beletweine in Hirshabelle States.

TOR FOR VEHICLE RENTAL SERVICES IN SOMALIA (Kismayo)

INTERSOM is seeking offers from reputable, well-established, and experienced Car Hire Firms duly incorporated under the Laws of Somalia to provide transportation Services for INTERSOM WASH staff members or assigned non-staff; at a fixed price for Twelve-months, every year based on good performance.

The Contractor shall provide Car Hire services for INTERSOM WASH staff members or assigned non-staff who require transportation services from its premises located in Kismayo to destinations within the city and entire Somalia.  Such services shall be availed to staff or assigned non-staff based on the discounted prices and terms and conditions of the eventual Agreement/Contract.

To support this, INTERSOM is seeking services from a company or individual who can provide Transportation Services: Rental Car Services with Drivers to areas as per the scope of services.

Experience:

The contracted company/Individual shall have at least 2 years of prior successful experience in car hire operations. The contracted company/Individual shall be expected to own them and not to have them franchised or rented through third parties. 

Requirements:

Vehicle must be well-maintained 4X4 light Vehicle with a minimum seating capacity for 4 passengers and a separate seat for the driver with necessary vehicle documents including driver's license and vehicle documents as well,
