SECTION1: INVITATION TO BID (ITB)

Dear Sir/ Madam,

The National Independent Electoral Commission, (NIEC) Somalia office, is seeking offers from reputable, well established and experienced Transportation Company duly incorporated under the Laws of Somalia to provide rental vehicle transportation Services for NIEC staff members or assigned non-staff at a fixed price for a period of 12 months (with possible yearly extension based on good performance).

We kindly request you to submit your bid for the provision of Rental vehicle Services for Somalia as detailed in attached of Annex 1, 2 & 3 of this ITB. When preparing your bid, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 1.

This ITB comprises the following documents:

Bid submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 5MB, virus-free and no more than 2 email transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your Proposal will reach the email address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by NIEC after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered valid for evaluation.

Any delay in NIEC’s response shall not be used as a reason for extending the deadline for submission, unless NIEC determines that such an extension is necessary and communicates a new deadline to the Proposers.

Kindly, ensure that your Proposals are signed in the – pdf format, and free from corrupted or virus files.
