Invitation To Tender

NCA invites interested companies to tender Supply and installation of complete Greenhouse materials set for Galkayo, Qardo and Garowe District in Puntland State of Somalia.

Requirements:

The company profile must be attached the following required document:

1. Proposal Submission Form duly completed and signed by the company.
2. Valid Registration certificate from relevant ministries from Puntland Regional state
3. Valid Puntland Tender Board Registration.
4. Valid tax compliance with tax identification number (TIN) from Puntland Regional State. 
5. Information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owner)
6. Detailed Company profile that includes a capability statement and an organogram
7. Attached similar supply experience -Three Copies of LPO’s/Letters of award/ signed contracts.
8. Certified/stamped financial bank statements for the past 6 months.
9. Work schedule (Detailed work schedule) with clear timelines on Project completion times and dates
10. Organizations Code of Conduct.

Tender-dossier- Supply of Greenhouse materials

1. Tender dossier documents can be found at the advertisement link in the Somalia Jobs website. https://somalijobs.net/. It is strictly forbidden to make alterations in the printed text. The tenderer will be bound to the original text in accordance with the document forwarded in PDF format.
2. Eligible and interested tenders should submit original bid document, marked “original”, to NCA Garowe Office tender box and scanned copy signed in the same way as the original to be sent [email protected]  quoting the Tender ref NCA/0889/2023-Greenhouse materials on or before 10th October 2023 at 4:00pm. Late bids after the deadline will be rejected.
