World Vision International Somalia Program Office is a non-profit making relief and development agency. WVI-Somalia entities in Jubaland State, Somalia. wish to invite qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest for the Provision of armed security escort services for WV staff movement in Kismayo town and surrounding catchment areas. We are looking for companies that are registered as business organizations in Somalia (south central) and have the capacity to Security Services.

World Vision International entities (Jubaland State) in Somalia, jointly invites interested applicants (Vendors/suppliers/Contractors) to submit their expression of interest by filling the online form.

We hereby invite Expression of Interest from registered, approved and reputable solar suppliers to provide the above armed security escort services: Our logistics needs differ based on context changes but generally may include armored vehicles (B6), soft-skin vehicles, fully armed escort vehicles and half-armed escort vehicles

  1. Interested bidders must be registered in Jubaland, to provide goods, works and services.

Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link World Vision Somalia-Expression of Interest (EOI) – Fill out form or in the below barcode by 5:00 PM  Wednesday 03rd June 2026.

  1. Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.

  2. Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.

  3. World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
