Tender Notice

The Somali Red Crescent Society (SRCS) is inviting the experienced and qualified construction companies to participate in the tender of construction project that involves the construction of a G+1 building, car parking sheds and a shear premise wall at the SRCS Coordination office in Mogadishu, Afgoye Road- Zoope Junction, next to the Ministry of Planning.

Eligibility / Legal Documents

1. Company registration certificate from Mogadishu Regional Administration/ related federal ministry
2. Company Profile
3. Copies of minimum three singed previous contracts for similar construction work
4. Company’s bank statement for the last 6 months

Project Scope:

The project scope includes the following activities and deliverables:

• Construction of G+1 commercial building
• A shear premise wall
• Car parking sheds

Project Overview:

The project involves the construction of a G+1 building with 8 shops on the ground floor and 19 offices on the first floor, a shear premise wall and 12 car parking sheds on a plot of land in SRCS Coordination office in Mogadishu, Somalia. The project aims to provide income-generating opportunities for the SRCS and enhance its humanitarian services in the region.

The interested and qualified companies shall send an expression of interest along with the above-mentioned Eligibility documents to [email protected]. After receiving and reviewing the eligibility documents SRCS will share Request for Quotation with the short-listed companies only.

The expression of interest and Eligibility documents must be received on or before 30th July 2023.
