The Federal Government of Somalia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Somalia COVID-19 Emergency Vaccination Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1] Procurement of Six Vaccine Transportation Vehicles for Federal Ministries (FMs) and (BRA) . For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.”]

The Somalia COVID-19 Emergency Vaccination Project in the Ministry of Health now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “Procurement of Six Vaccine Transportation Vehicles for Federal Ministries (FMs) and (BRA)”. Main Qualification requirements are:

1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Somalia COVID-19 Emergency Vaccination Project in the Ministry Of Health of Federal Government of Somalia_, Dr. Abdikamal Alisalad & Abdulahi Yusuf,_ [email protected]with copy to [email protected] and [email protected]/and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00am to 3.00 pm Mogadishu time (Excluding public holidays) at the address given below_._

2. Bids must be received by the Purchaser at address no later than 01st September 2025 at 11:00 AM East Africa Time. Late Bids will be rejected.
