The SEIP project, funded by the African Development Bank, is allocating a portion of its funds to conduct workshops, purchase office supplies, procure catering services, subscribtions of Fuel and car(s) maintainance services, Travel and ticketing and other related services. We are pleased to extend an invitation for expressions of interest from prospective suppliers eager to engage in business activities with the project across various categories:

1. Hotels and accommodation services
2. Travel and ticketing services
3. Office supplies and stationary
4. Fuel and car maintanence

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs invites expressions of interest from qualified vendors and suppliers for the provision of supplies and services. Interested parties should present a valid Registration Certificate, Tax Compliance Certificate, and any additional documentation mandated by the Federal Government of Somalia for the operation and conduct of business within Somalia. The vendor should have similar experience in working with government projects.

Eligibility criteria, establishment of the pre-qualification and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Framework dated October 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org. Borrowers are under no obligation to pre-qualify any vendor who expresses interest.

Pre-qualification applications must be delivered in sealed envalopes to the address below by 16th February, 2024 and please mention on subject email the category of the Item/s from the list above.
