Instructions to Offerors:

Submission Deadline: Final submissions will be due no later than Wednesday, 13, September 2023, 2359, Hrs. (East African Time) submitted to [email protected]

DT Global will not respond to questions pertaining to this RFQ over the phone. DT Global will not in any way assist Offerors in preparing their bids nor reimburse any bid preparation costs incurred by the Offeror.

Mandatory Submission Requirements:

1. Vendor Registration Certificate in Somalia
2. Manufacturer’s Authorization dealer Letter as proof of Company as a Sales Agent (if Supplier is not the Manufacturer)
3. Filled and Signed NDAA Section 889 Representation Form. DT Global reserves the right to disqualify any offeror using covered materials. See Annex A Below.
