Invitation to Bid

QRCS invites bids for the Supply of Water Trucking (2,445 HHs - 90L/D) for 5 months IDP camps.as part of the Water Trucking (2,445 HHs - 90L/D) for 5 months IDP camps t Project in Somalia, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in the attached documents (available on www.somalijobs.net, including the Excel sheet and PDF). Interested contractors and suppliers with relevant experience are invited to submit their bids.

Requirements:

1. Partial documents will not be accepted.
2. Tender envelopes must be sealed and stamped.
3. The Financial/Quotation and Technical documents should be submitted in separate envelopes.
4. Company profile with a verifiable contact address.
5. Most recent bank statements (showing the last 6 months of transactions and current balance).
6. Quotation Price should be in a separate envelope.
7. Valid registration certificate (Commercial license) Federal and state level.
8. Copy of passport for the company’s chairperson.
9. All documents must be written in English.

Note:

The goods must be delivered within 1–3 weeks of Mar 2025. The company should have sufficient stock to meet this timeline.

Deliverable dates and plans will be shared with successful bidders later.

The bidder is responsible for security, transportation, loading, offloading, and handover to QRCS staff in the field.

Submission Instructions:

The sealed envelopes should be submitted to the Qatar Red Crescent office’s tender box located at Airport Road, Next to Qatar Embassy, Madina Gate, Airport Entrance, Wadajir District, and Mogadishu, Somalia.
