INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF INTERNET SERVICES TO NRC SOMALIA COUNTRY, SOUTH CENTRAL AND JUBALAND OFFICES.

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in creating a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. The NRC defends the rights of displaced populations and provides assistance in the following areas: shelter, education, food security and livelihoods, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH).

Application and Required documents.:

The proposal should include the following at minimum:

1.       Fully Completed tender bid documents (Section 5 – 9)

2.       Proof of registration from the ministry of Commerce & industry and copy of tax compliance certificate from ministry of finance from both federal government and state members

3.       Update company profile with Company main office/ branch offices address, contacts/emails

4.       Previous experiences in similar works/services - Evidence of similar or related work in the context of Somalia (Samples of similar work) is required.

5.       Price in comparison to NRC established expectation and in comparison, to other bidders of comparable technical quality.

6.       Copy of Bank Statement for the last six months

7.       Reference letters and the contact for at least three referees (email and telephone). 

This tender is valid from 14th June 2024 to 30th June 2024 at 23:59 EAT.

Late bids will be automatically rejected.
