REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS AND SERVICES IN MOGADISHU AND JOWHAR.

Alight (Formerly American Refugee Committee (ARC)) works for the survival, Health, WASH and well-being of refugees, displaced persons, and those at risk, and seeks to enable them to rebuild productive lives of dignity and purpose, striving always to respect the values of those served.

The ALIGHT invites applications from interested vendors in (including current suppliers) for prequalification for the supply of goods and services to the organization network for the Month

April 2024 to April 2026.

The application forms in a sealed envelope should contain the following documents:-

1.  Category Registering for.

2.  Name, contacts and location of Company/ Business

3.  Turnover /Amount of order you are able to supply.

4.  Owner/s of the Company and Identification document (passport, ID) this is a MUST

5.  Valid Registration/Certificate from local authority (Banadir and Hirshabele region)

6.  3 Referees that you have supplied to including company name, contact person and a copy LPO or contract of supplies or work done.

7.  Submission of updated bank statement (Last six Months)

8.  Company Profile

9.  Tax Compliance Certificate

Applications clearly showing the category for the goods/services the firm is interested to be pre-qualified should be dropped into the Tender box at Mogadishu and Jowhar Office.

Note:

This is an application for prequalification and not for supply of goods and services. Only pre-qualified suppliers will be requested to provide competitive quotations for supply of goods and services as and when needed.

Alight will conduct supplier visits to confirm the details and location of business.

Alight reserves the right to accept or reject any applications, and not bound to give reasons for its decision. Canvassing or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
