Selected partners will be authorized to market, implement, and support:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI): AI automation systems; generative AI and LLM applications; enterprise AI integration; intelligent analytics solutions. 
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Odoo-based ERP (cloud and on-premise); customization, integration, business modules (Finance, HR, CRM, Inventory, Procurement); training and support. 
• Internet of Things (IoT): Cloud-integrated IoT platforms; real-time monitoring; smart business and environmental systems. 
• Big Data & Analytics: Data engineering; business intelligence dashboards; data processing and visualization platforms. 
• Cybersecurity: Secure cloud environments; risk assessment; cybersecurity awareness and protection solutions. 
• Technical Training: Cloud engineering; AI and data science; ERP systems; cybersecurity professional development.

OBJECTIVE OF THE TENDER

The objective of this tender is to: 

• Establish a nationwide reseller and implementation network 
• Expand access to advanced ICT services in all Somaliland regions 
• Create sustainable employment for hundreds of Somaliland IT professionals 
• Strengthen national ICT capacity and innovation

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Interested companies must: 

1. Be legally registered in Somaliland 
2. Have proven ICT experience 
3. Possess qualified technical teams 
4. Demonstrate implementation and support capability 
5. Have operational presence in any Somaliland city or region

Applications are welcome from companies operating in Hargeisa, Burao, Borama, Berbera, Erigavo, Lasanod, Gabiley, and all other cities.

3. Organizational Structure 
4. Technical Team Profiles (CVs, certifications, expertise) 
5. Valid Business Registration Documents (Only companies) 
6. Portfolio of Past Projects and References
