TENDER FOR REHABILITATION OF (4 BOREHOLES) IN BUHODLE, DANDAN, QOYTA AND CEEGAAG IN TOGDHEER and BUHOLDE REGIONS, SOMALILAND
Islamic Relief is an international humanitarian organization that has been working in Somaliland since 2007. We are committed to achieving our core vision of caring for the people of concern in all countries where we work. Our goal is to provide basic needs to vulnerable communities in Somaliland including Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Basic Health services and Food security and Livelihood support and orphan sponsorship programmes.
Islamic Relief-Somaliland office is currently implementing an emergency project which aims rehabilitation of strategic boreholes for population consumption and animal drinking water. Water remain one of the major challenges in Somaliland during the time of drought, with most Boreholes and water facility dries, IR will target strategic Boreholes to rehabilitate through replacement of submersible pumps, installation of pipes, rehabilitation of kiosks and animal trouphs so that both community and livestock will have access to clean water. Therefore, IR would like to invite eligible bidders to apply four strategic boreholes to be rehabilitated under this tender, Farahbulay in Buhodle, Dandan, Qoyta and Ceegaag boreholes.

How to apply
Interested Contractors/suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work of rehabilitation of Boreholes and Constructions are hereby invited to submit their quotations/bids to Islamic Relief Somaliland Hargeisa office in an envelope clearly marked on them the tender reference number as above.
Requirements are:
- Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address
- Bidder should have a valid registration certificate from government of Somaliland authorities (Valid Commercial license).
- Most recent Bank statements produced last three months (showing transactions/ account movement and current balance).
- Experience, over the last three years, as the main supplier/Construction of Rehabilitation Boreholes and similar work of at least three contracts of a nature and complexity equivalent to the works being tendered.
- Partial Documents will not be accepted
- Quotation price (Use Price = AxBxC
- Validity of the Quotation:14 days
- Delivery Time: ASAP
- Delivery Location: Above locations
- Interms: DAP (Delivery at Place)
- Currency: US Dollars
- Payments: Within 20 days after receipt of invoice
- Language: English
- Award of a Purchase Order/Contract: a PO/Contract will be awarded to acceptable priced technically and experienced, qualified bidder. The successful bidder will sign a Contract (Purchase Order) as per the IRS General Conditions of Contract for Procurement of Goods or Services.
The deadline for submitting bids is 4rd May 2022 at 5:00 P.M and any tender or documents received later than this date and time will not be accepted. The sealed RFQ should be dropped at Islamic Relief Hargeisa Office Tender Box. All the bidders should sign our bid receipt form placed next to the tender box. Islamic Relief reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reasons.
