- Air Ticket Procurement for TMM Visiting Scholars

The Taiwan Medical Mission in the Republic of Somaliland invites quotations for the provision of return air tickets for our first batch of visiting scholars traveling to Taiwan for training.

Specifications:

•    Up to 5 return tickets in economy class (exact number pending final Taiwan Ministry of Health and Welfare approval)

•    Departure airport: Hargeisa Egal International Airport (HGA), Somaliland

•    Arrival airport: Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), Taipei, Taiwan

•    Suggested routing with 3 flight segments:

– Segment 1: HGA to Addis Ababa Bole International Airport (ADD), Ethiopia

– Segment 2: ADD to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), Thailand

– Segment 3: BKK to TPE

Avoid routing through Hong Kong or airports in countries that do not recognize Somaliland passports

•    Outbound travel date from HGA: On or before 20 June 2024 (flexible)

•    Inbound travel date from TPE: On or after 20 September 2024 (flexible)

Please submit quotations including:

•    Detailed flight itinerary with airline, flight numbers, dates and times

•    Baggage allowance and other inclusions/restrictions

•    Itemized price per ticket and total cost

•    Ticket validity terms and conditions

•    Required lead time for booking confirmation

•    Rate about rescheduling or cancellation.

The most economical quote meeting all specified routing and date criteria, as well as more detailed services by your traveling agency, will be selected. TMM reserves the right to modify the ticket quantity or cancel this tender as needed.
