RESILIENCE AND PEACEFUL CO-EXISTENCE OF COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY THE CLIMATE
CRISIS

The Service is required - Provision of Consultancy Services – End-line evaluation for ‘Promoting the
Resilience and Peaceful Co-existence of communities affected by the climate crisis.

Submission of Request for Proposals and closing date
Your offer must bear the company official letterhead and shall comprise of a sealed envelope, with the
content of two main sets of documents, also referred to as the ‘Two- envelope system’:

• The Technical Offer
• The Financial Offer
  Request for Proposals must be received at the address mentioned below by e-mail, not later than the
  closing date and time specified in the timetable article A.4. Any Request for Proposals received after
  this time will not be considered. All Request for Proposals must be submitted in one original, marked
  “original.
  Offers shall be submitted via the LWF Kenya- Somalia e-procurement Portal here https://kenyasomalia.lwfeprocurements.org/
  Offers must clearly state in the subject field: Endline Evaluation-ASF-Phase2 consortium project.
  It is your responsibility to obtain a receipt or an e-mail confirmation for a timely submitted offer.
  Request for Proposals submitted to other e-mail addresses or physical addresses will result in
  disqualification of the Offer. Request for Proposals may not be altered or withdrawn after the deadline
  has passed.
  IMPORTANT: Price information may NOT be included in the Technical Offer and will result in
  disqualification of the offer.
