QUOTATION REQUEST FOR SELECTION OF TRAVEL AGENCY FOR BOOKING OF AIR TICKETS FOR ACTIONAID SOMALILAND/SOMALIA

ActionAid is an international anti-poverty agency that takes sides with poor people to end

poverty and injustice together. Formed in 1972, it has grown and expanded for over 40

years and today works with more than 15 million of the world’s poorest and most

disadvantaged people in over 45 countries worldwide to help them fight for and gain their

rights to food, shelter, work, education, healthcare and a voice in the decisions that

affect their lives.

ActionAid International Somaliland/ Somalia is going to bid travel agency quotation, as it is expecting to get potential travel agency which can provide air ticketing and other necessary facilities related to this matter. ActionAid International makes this bid yearly and the potential travel agency will work with ActionAid International for 2024.

Therefore, ActionAid International considered your travel agency one of the potential travel agencies, hence sealed quotation with your stamp is invited from your reputed travel agency filling with and answering all the requested queries.  All the quotations should be submitted on Thursday, 15th Feb 2024.

1.                 IMPORTANT NOTES:

a)     The bidder shall quote prices in USD only.

b)     The selected will work for ActionAid Somaliland/Somalia for one year only.

c)      The selection process depends on the eligibility criteria and all quoted travel agencies have equal opportunity.

6.      Do you use email communication system?

7.      Do you have a profile? Submit along with this quotation request if any.

8.      What are other facilities that you can provide to ActionAid?
