TENDER NOTICE

Ref: RFT-TROC/FA/SOM/2025–2028/001

Trócaire, an Irish non-profit working in 17+ countries, partners with local actors to deliver lasting change. Trócaire Somalia invites eligible suppliers and service providers to participate in a competitive tender for Framework Agreements (2025 - 2028). The process will prequalify reliable partners to ensure efficiency, transparency, accountability, and compliance in delivering humanitarian and development programmes in Somalia. These agreements will cover the following: 

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must be registered in Somalia with valid licenses, tax compliance certificates, and relevant approvals (e.g., Somalia Bureau of Standards (SoBS), Ministry of Health). Submissions should include a company profile, audited/certified financial statements, and the completed Trócaire Supplier Registration Form. Relevant experience with INGOs, UN agencies, or government institutions, together with strong technical capacity, qualified staff, and nationwide delivery within Somalia, will be an advantage.

Alternatively, applicants may be registered in Kenya with valid licenses, tax compliance, and approvals (e.g., KEBS, Pharmacy and Poisons Board - PPB), and provide the same documentation and experience requirements. Suppliers with capacity for cross-border delivery between Kenya and Somalia will have an added advantage.

Compliance with ethical standards and Trócaire’s safeguarding policies is mandatory. Food and consumables must meet Codex/WHO standards, with adequate shelf life, labelling, packaging, and transport.
