TENDER BIDS FOR THE FOLLOWING PROCURMENT:

1)      Construction of latrines in Beledweyne district Hiiran region, Somalia.

2)      Procurement of Rehabilitation and construction of solar system, elevated water tank, and water point in Beledweyn district, Hiran region, Somalia.

3)      Procurement of Baby mother kits in Beledweyne and Buloburte districts, Hiran region, Somalia.

4)      With funding from Care international Somalia through USAID WARDI is implementing a project titled “Somalia Multi Sectoral Humanitarian Response Program (SOM-SHARP in Hiran and Galgadud regions, Somalia. That has been launched on October 1st, 2023, with the Objective of supporting families and IDPs to improve their Hygiene, nutrition, and health situation. The overall objective is to improve the living conditions of the target population and to strengthen their resilience to extreme, external influences. WARDI Relief and Development Initiatives invite interested bidders to place their bids for Procurement of construction of latrines in Beledweyne Hiran region, Somalia and Rehabilitation and construction of solar system, elevated water tank, and water point in Beledweyn district, Hiran region, Somalia and Procurement of Baby mother kits in Beledweyne and Buloburte districts, Hiran region, Somalia.

The bidders will collect the tender documents at WARDI main office in Mogadishu along lamiyare road or WARDI Beledweyne office along sheikh Hassan Barsane in Howlwadhag section during working days from 8:00am to 3:00pm from 18th to 24th January. Interested Suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to submit their bids with the following clearly marked on the envelope.

·         Tender reference number as indicated in the RFQ.

·         Tender envelop should be sealed.

·         The tender envelope must be stamped.

Any unsealed envelope without the tender reference number will not be considered and opened.

Requirements needed when bidding for this tender are:

1. Company Profile

2. Quotation price or financial offer stamped and signed

3. Registration certificate in from public works reconstruction and housing and Hirsh belle state or Hiran region.

4. Past experience at least one contract sample of same nature work done or any construction work done

The deadline for submitting bids is 24th January 2024 at 4:30 PM and any tender or documents received later than this date will not be accepted. The sealed tender document should be dropped at WARDI Office Tender Box in the above mentioned respective Wardi offices and all bidders must sign and put their details the tracking sheet when taking the tender documents and when returning there final bids .

WARDI reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reasons.
