Tender description

NIS is looking for qualified contractors to undertake the construction works in Aden-Yabaal District of Hirshabelle State of Somalia.

All interested contractors/suppliers are requested to submit their applications together with below listed support documentations and other requirements for consideration.

  1. Licences/Registrations (15 Marks): The company should submit the following registrations/           Licenses.
  • Valid registration or operating license permits from the Ministries of public works, Reconstruction & Housing at Federal Government of Somalia and at State level – Hirshabelle State.
  • Valid Registration or operating license permits Middle Shabelle Governor.
  • Tax compliance certificate (5 Marks): Submit evidence of State tax compliance.

Failure to submit all above license will lead automatic disqualification.

  1. Experience (19Marks for each submitted contract as per below table, total 57Marks): The company should fill in the below table for previous 3 main relevant/similar contracts on construction/rehabilitation works that the company has implemented with Government institutions, INGO’s and UN agencies and attach the respective 3 contracts. Fake contracts will lead automatic disqualification.
