TENDER BIDS FOR THE FOLLOWING PROCURMENT:

1)      Procurement of Preposition supplies for water systems maintenance. fuel, lubricants, and oil for borehole engines in Beledweyne and Buulo-burte districts, Hiiran region, Somalia

WARDI specializes in responding to humanitarian emergencies, bridging the gap between crisis and resilience as well as long-term developmental projects with track record in implementing high quality health and nutrition, food security and livelihood, education, protection and WASH interventions. Our programming has the distinct attributes of applying bottom up approach that puts the communities, local authorities and governments (National and Federal states) we work with at the center of our programmes.

2. Description of the service.

1)      With funding from Care international Somalia WARDI is implementing a project titled “Horn of Africa Integrated Flood Emergency Response and Preparedness in Hiiran region of Somalia. That has been launched on June 1st, 2024, with the to reduce AWD and cholera among IDPs and communities affected by floods through temporary provision of safe potable water by trucking and distribution of Hygiene kits. The overall objective is to improve the timeliness of response to the water needs of IDPs and communities affected by floods and thereby reduce AWD and cholera related morbidity and mortality. WARDI Relief and Development Initiatives invite interested bidders to place their bids for procurement of Preposition supplies for water systems maintenance. fuel, lubricants, and oil for borehole engines in Beledweyne and Buulo-burte districts, Hiiran region, Somalia

The bidders will collect the tender documents at WARDI main office in Mogadishu along lamiyare road or WARDI Beledweyne office along sheikh Hassan Barsane in Howlwadhag section during working days from 8:00am to 3:00pm from 31st to 13th August 2024. Interested Suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to submit their bids with the following clearly marked on the envelope.

·         Tender reference number as indicated in the RFQ.

·         Tender envelop should be sealed.

·         The tender envelope must be stamped.

Any unsealed envelope without the tender reference number will not be considered and opened.

Requirements needed when bidding for this tender are:

1. Company Profile

2. Quotation price or financial offer stamped and signed

3. Registration certificate in Hirshabelle state or Hiran region or federal government.

4. Past experience at least one contract sample of same nature work done you’re applying for.
