Requirements:

World Vision Somalia Program SCZ Office invites qualified and reputable Suppliers with proven experience the Office Supplies as indicated in Annex I below to make an offer based upon the conditions stated in this Invitation to Bid for the following Items.

Your offer should clearly indicate:

  1. Unit price;
  2. Price should be net after deduction;
  3. Confirmed delivery schedule;
  4. Validity of the offer;
  5. Detailed specification (if different from the stipulated specification).

Information to bidders:

  1. Currency of offer should preferably be in US Dollars, but in case local currency is offered, the comparison of offers will be based on the prevailing rate of exchange.
  2. World Vision does not undertake to pay by letter of credit (LOC) or in advance of work completion.
  3. World Vision reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer.
  4. World vision Somalia reserves the right to accept or reject any application (bid), and is not bound to give reasons for its decisions. Canvassing or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
  5. Attach your company profile with the invitation letter (The Profile must show details of office address).
  6. Your quotation letter should be separate page/s from world vision international Somalia ITB/RFQ.
  7. Bids submitted past the deadline shall not be considered.
  8. The supplier/Contractor must obtain Registration/ clearance letter, signed and stamped from respective District Council or Authority.

Eligibility

Bids become eligible and will be opened only if they have been submitted through the provided email ([email protected]) on/before the deadline above.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

A part from financial evaluation, the evaluation of the bids will be subject to satisfactory conformity to the following mandatory requirements:

NB: Failure to provide these Mandatory documents will lead to disqualification.

(MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS)

  1. Provide a certified copy of a certificate of business registration, certificate of incorporation, business license or similar document;
  2. Provide a certified copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificates or similar documents;
  3. Provide information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owner);  

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  1. Three (3) years’ experience in similar works (attach current and previous contracts/LPOs) - past experiences (specifically in 2020/2021/2022 in South West State for services that are similar to those that have been bid for in this Invitation to Bid (including details such as Client, Client Contact, Certification from Clients on satisfactory service delivery of the works (if any);
