Agency for Minority Rights and Development (AMARD) is a young organization with head office in Baidoa, Somalia. AMARD is a non-political, non-profit making, human rights, aid & and development-oriented organization founded in 2012. It was established by individuals from the Somali minority communities dedicated to improving the degraded conditions and rights of the underprivileged minority groups in Somalia. AMARD seeks to help the minority communities in creating sustainable solutions to the problems they face and progress away from absolute poverty, exclusion, marginalization, and unemployment. AMARD addresses complex issues of minority communities through Lifesaving humanitarian assistance, research, promoting minority rights, socio-cultural-economic, technological, and empowerment of minority communities, enabling minority communities to have access to basic social and development needs and services. AMARD's mission is to deliver preventive Information to the disadvantaged communities and groups in the societies, to combat harmful traditions and factors affecting their lives.

AMARD seeks qualified suppliers and service providers to submit tenders and quotations for supply of goods and services listed below for use in its upcoming Somalia programs
Tender documents are available free of charge. Eligible and Interested service providers can request for the tender documents and Request for quotations by emailing their request to [email protected]   by quoting the item name and Reference Number of the commodity or service category in the email subject line (for example: Rehabilitation of 2 communal shallow wells - AMARD/Qansax-dhere/Tender/2025/01. The goods and service categories are provided in the table below. Additional information may be requested through the same email address. AMARD operates from these office locations; Baidoa ,Mogadishu and Qansax-dhere .

Completed bid documents can be submitted enclosed in plain envelopes, marked with the tender number & category and be deposited in the tender box provided at AMARD offices. They complete documents should be addressed to;

Alternatively, the bid documents can be submitted via Email to [email protected] . When submitting by email, kindly quote the item name and Reference Number of the commodity or service category in the email subject line. (for example: Rehabilitation of 2 communal shallow wells - AMARD/ Qansax-dhere /Tender/WASH/2025/01.

The deadline for submission of bids is August, Sunday 31st 2025 4:00 PM, East Africa Time.

Canvassing will lead to Automatic disqualification.

AMARD reserves the right to accept or reject any application either in whole or in part and is not bound to give reason for its decision.
