The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify Suppliers/Farmers Cooperatives with verified technical and financial capacity to supply procures food items including Cereals (Maize, Sorghum, Rice, Wheat) pulses (Cowpea, Beans), Processed Cereals (Fortified Wheat Flour) and vegetable oil.

This initiative aims to strengthen local markets, support smallholder farmers, and enhance sustainable food systems across Somalia.
