Pre-Qualification for Framework Agreement for Suppliers/Contractors/ consultants for the Provision of Goods, Works, and Services in Garowe, Eyl, Dangorayo Districts (Puntland State) and Dollow, Af-Madow Districts (Jubaland State) – 2026 to 2027

Background

Somali Family Services (SFS), is a local humanitarian organization established in 2003, is dedicated to fostering peace and democratic institutions by supporting civil society, youth, women, children, and marginalized groups. SFS provides platforms for dialogue among Somalis, building trust and bridges between communities.

As part of its humanitarian interventions in Jubaland State, specifically in Dollow and Af-Madow Districts (Jubaland State) and Garowe, Eyl, Dangorayo Districts (Puntland State)– 2026 to 2027, SFS intends to prequalify eligible suppliers and contractors for the provision of goods, works, and services during 2026–2027.

Interested and qualified suppliers/contractors are invited to submit applications for prequalification in the following categories:

Submission Details

• Submission Method: Applications must be submitted electronically to [email protected]
• Deadline: Submissions are due 1st Jan 2026, 23:50 (East African Time).
• Subject Line: Include the tender reference, tender name, and category code (as per the item codes listed).
• Suppliers must clearly indicate the location(s) they are applying for in:
• The relevant application forms or documents, where applicable.
• Suppliers may apply for multiple locations under the same category, subject to demonstrated operational capacity and the availability of valid, location-specific documentation.
• Prequalification will be conducted per location and per category. Approval in one location does not automatically apply to other locations.
