World Vision Somaliland program is implementing integrated development activities which include; Agriculture, livelihood, Water and Sanitation, advocacy, and Resilience. World Vision Resilience and Livelihood sector started a project named SOMJOR, Therefore, to tender for the supply of Vegetable Seeds n this invitation at

Important note:
Offers transmitted in any other manner than those indicated above will not be considered.
Your offer should clearly indicate:
- Unit price as per the Request for Quotation (RFQ) in Annex II.
- Offer Price should be net after deduction. Applicable Taxes must be clearly stipulated and separated from the base costs.
- Validity of the offer.
- Delivery time.
ANNEX 1: EVALUATION CRITERIA
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Provide a certified copy of a certificate of business registration.
- Provide a certified copy of tax registration.
- Provide information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owner)
- Provide references from previous customers
- The tender should be submitted at latest by 8th Feb - 2023 on 04:00 PM
Information to bidders:
- Currency of offer should preferably be in US Dollars, but in case local currency is offered, the comparison of offers will be based on the prevailing rate of exchange.
- World Vision reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer.
- World Vision Somaliland reserves the right to accept or reject any application (bid), and is not bound to give reasons for its decisions. Canvassing or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification.

Completed tender documents (Mandatory Requirement along with the Quote) of Poultry and feed provision in sealed envelope clearly marked with the title Supply of Vegetable Seeds and must be deposited in the tender box located at WVS Hargeisa Office before the closing/deadline date and recorded in the attendance sheet.
