World Vision is a relief, development, and advocacy organization. We work with children,
families, and communities to address poverty and injustice. By partnering with communities,
we help improve their well-being and create sustainable, lasting change.
To support our operations, we are seeking experienced companies to provide a reliable fuel
supply for World Vision vehicles. We aim to engage reputable fuel suppliers with a proven
track record, strong technical capabilities, and the capacity to provide consistent, high-quality
service.

We hereby invite Expression of Interest from registered, approved and reputable suppliers to
provide above-named goods to World Vision International Somaliland Program.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS

1. Interested bidders must be registered to provide goods in Somaliland.
2. Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders
   who express interest by filling the form provided in this Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Fuel
   supply – Fill in form by 4:00PM Saturday 7th November 2026.
3. Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for
   Proposal document.
4. Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual
   obligations with World Vision.
5. World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
6. World Vision reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and is not bound to give reasons for its
   decision”
