CONSULTANCY FOR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DESINGING

WAHEEN/JAJABKA BRIDGE – HARGEISA, SOMALILAND

The Nordic International Support Foundation (NIS) is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering Consulting firms interesting in conducting Complete Technical Assessment Designing Waheen/Jajabka bridge, in Hargeisa. For detail information, please refer to the ToR below:

Proposal format/ Quotation requirements

Interested consulting firms/organization are required to provide the following details:

• Company Profile: Information about the consultant firm, its background and relevant expertise/experience in conducting such assessment (max 1.5 pages); (attach at least three latest similar contracts and sample of works/reports)
• Understanding of the ToR (max 1 page).
• Description of the approach, methodology and work plan for performing the assignment (max 2 pages).
• Should submit registration license under the law of Somaliland Government
• Evidence of Tax compliance to Somaliland law 2022
• Should submit professional engineers for developing and undertaking this assignment, Their CV to be submitted to NIS.
• Company/ Consultant firm presents a dully signed statement confirming that the company/ Consultant firm is financially in good position and able to pre-finance project work as it is necessary.

The Financial Proposal should include (expressed in US dollars):

• Total budget, including break down of activities as per ToR cost breakdown table, inclusive all expenses.

Submission of proposals
