Pre-qualification For Supply Of Goods

BACKGROUND OF THE ORGANIZATION:

Taakulo Somali Community is a multifaceted non-governmental, non-profit making, non-political and non-partisan development and humanitarian aid organization established in 2007 and headquartered in Hargeisa, Somaliland and have regional offices throughout Somalia and Somali region of Ethiopia. Taakulo is dedicated to assist the disadvantaged people and communities throughout Somalia and Somaliland by engaging in development and related activities and also providing emergency relief assistance, resilience building, facilitating and promoting local community engagement and programs that emphasize self-reliance with dignity.

INSTRUCTIONS:

All interested and eligible suppliers’/service providers are invited to apply for prequalification by submitting the duly filled Application Form (Appendix I), indicating the Reference no: ‘TENDER No: TAAKULO /PRQ/1/2022-2023’ and sub-category of goods or services the supplier wish to supply.

NB: TAAKULO Organization does not charge any fees for this process.

Both existing service providers and new eligible and capable suppliers, manufacturers, vendors who are interested are invited to apply and submit an up-to-date information as requested, for consideration and registration as TAAKULO suppliers for goods and services. This prequalification will be valid for two years.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

The bidders MUST comply with all the instructions, terms and conditions, and submit the following mandatory requirements in the prequalification exercise:

Filled, Signed and Stamped Application Form.

Valid registrations Certificate.

Valid License from Ministry of Trade, industries, and tourism.

Tax Clearance Certificate.

A bank statement for the last six months

Past Experience of service/provision of goods of a similar nature.

Presentation of evidence for vendor existence.

Declaration form.

Copy of passport and national ID (Minimum of one person, preferably manager)

Sealed narrative of company (service provider) profile.

Application should be submitted in sealed Envelope from interested and eligible vendors to be deposited in the “PRE-QUALIFICATION BOX’’ clearly marked “TENDER No: TAAKULO /PRQ/1/2022-2023” on or before 17 October 2022 at 04:00PM at TAAKULO head Office located at Buurta kala jeexan, Behind Ilays Secondary School, Hargeisa Somaliland .

• The Applications will be opened on the same day on 04:00 pm and thereafter a written communication will be sent out to successful Applicants.

Any Tender document received after the deadline shall be disqualified.

To be eligible, suppliers must prove that they qualify to participate in this Pre-qualification by providing the documents requested.
