Terms of Reference (ToR) for provision of non-food items (NFIs) for 200 HHs in Naasa-hablood c IDP camp in Hargeisa

      Project: Live-saving and recovery support to droughts affected people in Hargeisa district.                                                           

Location: Naasa-hablood c IDP camp, Hargeisa, M/J Somaliland.

Duration: one-off

1. Project Purpose.

TAAKULO and Plan International in collaboration with National Displacement and Refugee Agency (NDRA) are supporting vulnerable households in IDP camps across Somaliland to address their basic needs and improve their living conditions among. With these interventions 200 HHs in Naasa-hablood IDP camp will be reached with critical non-food items.

1. Activity Description/ Water distribution Plan.

In this activity, 200 households in Naasa-hablood IDP camp will be reached with essential NFIs to address their basic hygiene needs.

Taakulo Somali Community is cordially inviting all eligible bidders to a bid for provision of NFI as per below Billing Quantity. the scope of Place is Naasa-hablood c IDP Hargeisa, Somaliland. All interested and eligible suppliers/contractors with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to fill submit the below quotation in Taakulo Office during working hours from 8:00Am to 4:00pm, from Sunday to Thursday.

The deadline for submitting bid is Saturday 11 February 2023 (4:00PM), and any bid document received later than submission deadline will not be accepted. The sealed envelope should be dropped in the tender box in Taakulo main office, in Buurta-kala jeexan, behind Ilays Secondary School.

2. Stamped and signed quotation with the company letter head.
3. Company profile

• Bank statement; for the last 6 months.

1. A valid company license from ministry of commerce (Any outdated license will not be accepted.
2. Updated tax clearance certificates and documents
3. Certificate of experience. (Evidence showing relevant past experience of provision of non-food items, please attach relevant past contracts from other partners/organizations).

• Envelope should be sealed with bid reference number and company stamped.
